EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT TOOL
Riot Games wanted to improve their custom internal employee and team management software to reflect their growing company and changing needs. At Riot Games, employees are encouraged to organize themselves and create their own teams. This leads to a flatter hierarchy, but with over 10,000+ employees and many other documentation, tools can lead to miscommunication and inaccurate information.
The solution was an upgraded tool that allows for managing users across teams, a better visualization of team and company structure, and improved searchability across employees.

Senior Product Designer
Grasshopper (an offshoot of Google) wanted to learn more about their user base, specifically targeting underserved communities. The information gathered from this round of user research would change the trajectory of upcoming product roadmaps.
Due to Google safety protocols, I was unable to conduct the official testing myself, however, the deliverable was a user research plan including step-by-step research instructions, a fully flushed-out survey, and interview questions.

New features are hidden and tested with the use of feature flags within the code. At Stripe, employees needed the ability to quickly create and test new features using rollout plans hidden behind feature flags for certain user bases.
The solution was an upgraded internal tool allowing developers and PMs to create, test, monitor, and ship new features.

POWER PLANT LIVE MONITORING & ISSUE TRACKING
Providing proof of regulatory compliance was the driving factor behind this application. The client, a major US energy provider, needed a way to track issues within their power plants, provide documentation in the event of an audit, as well as communicate the status of their power generation to various areas within the company.
The solution was a multi-faceted application that included standard practice features like notification and user management as well as custom features. Those custom features include the following:
1. Power Plant Status Monitoring
2. Quick Power Unit Issue Tracking
3. Repository of information for various parties to access and update
